We ship out your items from our office 48 hours 2 working days) after payment is done. For Lagos deliveries, Delivery is done same day. However, for outside Lagos orders, delivery is done 3-5days after payment confirmation.

Delivery fee is N1500 flat for Lagos Orders
Free for Orders in Lagos above N30,000(excluding outskirt areas)

I purchased a product from cuteandcuddly.com and the product is defective. What should I do?

If we have supplied you a defective product or the wrong item, we are willing to accept it back. Just send it back to us (within 3days for Lagos orders) & (within 7days for Outside Lagos Orders) from date of delivery. If we ascertain that your claim is right, we will send you an exchange at our own expense. However, in cases where we do not have the item again, we will do a refund. ​
